These terms apply to professional services offered by Node Pipeline Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (統一編號 47414059), represented by Wang Hao, with registered contact details shown in the site footer.

Services

We provide project-based programming consulting focused on CI/CD automation and developer workflows. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a mutually signed statement of work or service agreement—not by marketing copy on this website.

Client responsibilities

You grant timely access to repositories, CI systems, and personnel needed for the agreed scope. You remain responsible for production changes approved by your organization, including merges executed by your team.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own modifications we commit to your repositories. Our pre-existing templates and utilities remain our property, licensed to you for use within the delivered project.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public technical and business information learned during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or already public without breach.

Warranties and liability

Services are performed with professional care appropriate to software consulting. Except where prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Courts in Tainan City shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
