Refund & cancellation policy

Node Pipeline Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (統一編號 47414059) sells project-based programming consulting services. This policy explains cancellations, the statutory withdrawal period where applicable, and how refunds are handled.

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation: Specific day counts below follow common Taiwan distance-selling practice unless your signed statement of work states otherwise.

Seven-day withdrawal (distance contracts)

For services purchased remotely without face-to-face negotiation, consumers may withdraw within seven days of receiving the contract documents, except where work has begun with your express consent or digital deliverables were fully provided with your agreement.

Project deposits and milestones

Deposits secure calendar time and discovery. If you cancel before work starts, we refund the deposit minus documented third-party costs already incurred. After work begins, refunds apply only to undelivered milestones.

Services already performed

Hours or deliverables accepted in writing (for example, merged pipeline modules marked complete in the statement of work) are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email info@nodepipeline.digital or call +886-6-0000-1206 with your agreement reference, payment date, and reason. We respond within ten business days with approval or an explanation.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking rules require longer.

Rescheduling

Discovery calls may be rescheduled once without fee if requested at least forty-eight hours in advance. Repeated late cancellations may require a new deposit.
