Privacy policy

How Node Pipeline Engineering Consulting handles personal data under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Controller: Node Pipeline Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (統一編號 47414059), representative Wang Hao, contact info@nodepipeline.digital, phone +886-6-0000-1206, address nodepipeline.digital, Tainan City, Taiwan (R.O.C.).

This notice is provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法) of Taiwan. We process personal data lawfully and limit collection to what we need to respond to consulting inquiries and perform contracted projects.

Categories of data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit through the inquiry form (name, email, optional phone).
  • Project descriptions and technical context you choose to include in messages.
  • Consent preference stored locally in your browser (see the Cookie notice).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social plugins on this website. No behavioral profiles are created from site visits.

We use inquiry data to evaluate fit, prepare proposals, and deliver agreed consulting work. Processing is based on your request (pre-contract steps) and, when a project is signed, performance of contract. We may retain correspondence to defend legal claims where permitted by law.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful exchange unless a longer period is required for an active project or legal obligation. Local consent choices remain until you clear site storage.

Recipients and cross-border transfers

Inquiry JSON is received by our same-domain form handler on nodepipeline.digital. We do not sell personal data. If you ask us to interact with your overseas Git hosting, data may flow to those platforms under your instructions.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing where applicable. Contact info@nodepipeline.digital with your request; we will verify identity before acting. You may lodge a complaint with Taiwan’s competent authority if you believe processing violates the PDPA.

Security

We use TLS for site traffic and restrict access to inquiry records to personnel who need them for responses. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending secrets through the inquiry form—use your organization’s approved secret store instead.

Updates

We may update this policy to reflect tooling or legal changes. The revision date appears at the bottom of the page when updated.
